This is a healthy version of Thai tea (minus the red & yellow food coloring!). It is a blend of Irish Breakfast tea from the Buhkial Estate, Creamy Vanilla Bean tea, cinnamon, organic anise powder, organic hulled cardamom, organic cloves and organic orange peel. This tea has a well-balanced, rich, complex flavor. In Thailand, they add 1 cup of boiling water, 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk, 2 teaspoons evaporated milk, and 1 tablespoon sugar to finish off the tea blend.* Serve hot or over ice!

*cream of coconut, coconut milk and raw sugar can be substituted for an even healthier version
