This Chinese white tea from the Fujian province is full of soft white buds and bright green leaves. We have blended it with apple, pineapple, and papaya fruits, along with cinnamon sticks, beetroot, roasted almonds, raisins, peanut pieces, and coconut chips. The medium bodied liquor is a beautiful blush color. It has a roasted almond fragrance and flavor with a refreshingly light and slightly fruity lingering taste.
